Matthew 4:4
4 Jesus answered, ‘It is written: “Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.”’
Jesus faced his temptation and the Cross in his humanity. At moments of crisis he needed the strengthening power of God’s word. How much more do we. God uses different platforms to share his word, Christian books, Liturgy, the Bible, expository preaching are all obvious, but what about the natural world, poetry, music and art? These are all God ordained platforms for his word to come to us today. Do you use them too?
